Go to the confirmation email from the platform you booked through. It carries the operator's own contact details, the meeting point and the cancellation window, and it is the only channel that can change a reservation. We can tell you what a listing said on the day we captured it; we cannot alter a booking.

Opening hours
The city itself has no gate, no ticket and no closing time. The municipal tourist office opens Sunday to Friday 10:00–15:30 and Saturday 10:00–18:00, and closes on 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 and 6 January. Individual monuments keep their own hours, which are set out on the visitor information page.
